Printing Steps
① Design Arrangement
The designs are arranged in the RIP program.
② Printing
The prepared patterns are printed onto the film
③ Powdering
A fine adhesive powder is applied onto the prints
④ Curing
The powdered prints are cured in the oven
⑤ Heat Transfer
Transfer design onto the garment via heat press
⑥ Peeling
After cooling, peel off the transfer film.

This printer is worth the price. Easy set up and the computer it comes with is ready to plug in and use basically. It prints great color and thick white so the design isn’t see through causing the shirt color to show. I’m very happy with this printer.
I was worried about the time involved to set this up because I don’t have large chunks of free time. The support team was amazing. We were able to set this up step by step at my pace. They would send me a video of a step and once I completed that they would send me the next to do when I could. Very easy to follow and I total did not take long. I had a printing issue after set up was complete and they were able to help me right away. Printer is great and the customer service is outstanding.
