Lancelot Printer Warranty and Return Policy
1.Core Components (Limited Warranty):
Print Head & Mainboard: Free one-time replacement within three (3)months of the original delivery date.
Other Mechanical/Electronic Parts:Twelve(12)months of free repair or replacement from the original delivery date.
Standard Exclusions:
Consumables,including but not limited to ink,cartridges,and paper,are excluded from warranty coverage.
Print head damage resulting from contact with ink is not covered.
Coverage for ink contact components is exclusively conditional upon the use of Lancelot inks.
The warranty does not extend to print head blockages or damage attributable to the use of inks from other brands.
This warranty applies only to Lancelot printers purchased through authorized channels.
Coverage is void in cases of misuse,tampering,accidental damage,user negligence, or damage caused by factors outside normal operation as determined by Lancelot.
All warranty claims are subject to verification and approval by our Customer Service team or authorized engineers,who must confirm the issue is a manufacturing defect and not user-induced.
2.Warranty Service Terms
For a valid warranty claim reported within one(1)month of printer receipt, Lancelot will cover the cost of the replacement component and standard shipping fees.
For valid claims reported after one(1)month but within the applicable warranty period,Lancelot will cover the cost of the replacement component only.All shipping fees for the service will be the customer's responsibility.
This warranty is valid for products shipped to and used within the continental United States.Service to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional shipping charges.
3.Eligibility:
A full refund is available for returns requested within one(1)month of delivery, provided no ink has been introduced into the printer system.
Returns Due to Defect: If returning a printer due to a malfunction,the customer is required to remove all ink from the printer to facilitate inspection and expedite the refund assessment based on product condition.

4.Pre-Return Requirements:
To ensure your return is processed efficiently,please complete the following before shipment:
1.Thoroughly clean all ink and liquids from the printer.
2.Repack the printer,oven/heat press machine,and all original accessories sequentially into the original wooden packaging.
5.Conditions for Non-Refundable Returns:
A full refund will not be issued if the returned product meets any of the following conditions:
1.The return is a result of customer error in ordering or a simple change of mind.
2.The product is not returned in its original,unaltered condition (e.g., printer has been filled with ink,accessories show signs of use). 3.The return is missing any original accessories,components,or packaging.
4.The product shows damage determined to be caused by human
error, accident,or misuse.
