Lancelot MU1730: Complete Production Solution for High-Value 3D Badges Printing
Lancelot MU1730: Complete Production Solution for High-Value 3D Badges Printing
Within the worldwide apparel-customisation industry, tactile 3D raised badges are a key high-margin product for building competitive differentiation.
Conventional rubber patches require costly moulds with high minimum-order quantities and expensive revision costs. Digital layer-stacking printing enables mould-free manufacturing, supporting both mass-volume production and small-batch sampling. It is widely adopted by print houses and apparel manufacturers globally.
The Lancelot MU1730 can be switched to the 3D badge production mode by combining with the entire set of exclusive consumables. It can produce heat-transferable TPU 3D badges, which are suitable for various flexible fabrics such as T-shirts, jerseys, and baseball caps.

To operate the 3D stereoscopic marking mode, all the independent consumables must be used: 3D stereoscopic marking-specific ink + TPU transfer film.
Production Workflow
- Import the TIF file with 3D height parameter settings;
- Print the CMYK + white ink base color layer, UV immediately solidifies;
- Layer by layer stack the white ink and varnish, construct a 0.1-0.5 mm raised 3D structure, UV solidifies each layer in segments;
- After printing, place the image in the lettering machine, align the positioning points, and cut;
- After cutting, use the heat-press machine, adjust the special parameters for heat pressing, and transfer the finished badge through heat stamping onto the fabric material.
Worldwide Application Scope
Jersey emblems, sports-cap 3D logos, corporate workwear labels, branded apparel marks, club & event merchandise.
Finished patches deliver good wash-fastness, abrasion-resistance and weather stability for global commercial-apparel standards.
